中新社北京10月11日电 (黎友陶 林锦堂)记者10月11日从中国人民解放军南部战区海军获悉，10月9日22时许，南沙永暑礁医院顺利完成一名受伤越南渔民的毁损性骨折手术，成功对其实施救治。
当天17时20许，在永暑礁附近海域，越南渔船QNG96562TS上多名渔民挥手向中国海军曲靖舰求救，并向曲靖舰靠近。据了解，该渔船在作业时突发意外，造成一名渔民右上肢完全离断性骨折，随时会有生命危险。南沙守备部队在接到报告后，迅速派出小艇会同曲靖舰前出查证，并启动相关救助方案，曲靖舰军医现场进行紧急救治，永暑礁医院同步做好救治准备。

当天18时许，受伤越南渔民被快速转运至永暑礁医院。永暑礁医院迅速组织由多名骨干医生组成的医疗小组进行会诊，诊断为右上肢完全离断毁损伤，伴有右肺挫伤。在向越方陪护人员做好手术相关阐释并签订相关知情同意书后，医疗小组对受伤渔民进行手术。
截至记者发稿时，完成手术后的越南受伤渔民各项生命体征正常，待病情稳定后将适时送其返回母船。(完)
